Swing IE800
ø6.8mm Dynamic Driver
The Swing IE800 are inspired by the premium Sennheiser IE800 earphones, but unlike the similar TinGo FL800, they are not a blatant clone. Swing used their own logo on these earphones and an entirely different cable, which is a good thing despite the fact that the cable isn't as sturdy as TinGo's cable. As to the sound quality, these definitely lived up to the hype. The sound is very clear, mids are forward but not overemphasized, and the sub-bass is simply huge. The treble has evident peaks, so sibilance or pierce occasionally are not a surprise and are forgivable when keeping the quality and price in mind.
Sound signature: V-shaped
Pros
- Deep and impactful sub-bass, easily comparable to ROCK Zircon's sub-bass.
- Amazing level of clarity from mids to highs.
- Extremely loud without any amplification.
Cons
- The highs occasionally sound overemphasized and people with sensitive hearing are likely to have some listening fatigue.
- As a drawback of having high sensitivity along with low impedance, these can pick background noise easily from noisy sources.
- The cable feels a bit rubbery and sticky, not as sturdy as, for example, TinGo FL800. It also comes a bit pre-bent.

Having adopted the Sennheiser IE800 design, these earphones offer a perfect seal straight out of the box. No issues here. I would say that I found the pre-applied tips to be too soft and I couldn't always get a firm seal.
The bass is powerful and deep and doesn't leak into the mids. Just like ROCK Zircon, these drivers handle deep bass music styles easily, like Dubstep and Trap, but handle the mids and highs even better. Quite an impressive feat.
Very warm and accurately defined. No detail is left out from these mids. With all that, expect some pierce or sibilance sometimes, especially on higher volumes, all thanks to the overly emphasized treble
Very transparent and emphasized. Sharp and easily picks up subtle detail within a composition. With that being said, they are extremely piercing. Let's just say that if you ever found ROCK Zircon's highs to be unbearable, then these will definitely K.O. your eardrums. However, if you can handle it, you're up for a pleasant surprise.
