This is one of my most extreme gambles, as this piece of garbage cost me almost $30. I was expecting a pleasant surprise from these [allegedly] huge ø15mm drivers, but was actually surprised in a very twisted way. These earphones are built like a rock, but sound like a nightmare. You might want to skip these if you ever see them anywhere.
Paxyan YE-80
ø15mm Dynamic Driver
$25~$30
0.5/5.0
Pros
- The bass sounds pretty capable.
- Insanely loud without any amplification.
- A rock-solid build quality.
Cons
- The sound quality is ridiculous and the sound signature is unnatural. There is no detail and basically no highs. The mids are overemphasized and difficult to listen to.
- Not very comfortable to wear. Makes the ears sore.

Comfort & Fit
These earphones are huge, but they sit fine in the ears. However, they kind of make my ears sore for some reason.
Lows / Bass
The bass sounds quite capable, but also exaggerated and very inaccurate. There's some sub-bass vibration going on, and every punch kicks right into your brains. I can't call this bass very pleasant.
Mids / Vocals
Overemphasized in a very unnatural way. They are very dark, distorted and painfully loud.
Highs / Treble
The highs basically don't exist here. No detail and no brightness.
