MEMT has done it again! The MEMT T5 are definitely a model you should consider if you're a fan of semi-in-ear earphones. Huge bass response, clear mids and cirsp gentle highs, along with superb build quality and useful accessories, has made these one of my favorite earphones in the earbud/semi-in-ear category. One thing I should mention is that the upper-bass/lower-mids are a bit too aggressive in certain tracks which makes kicks a bit too boomy. Vocals could also be a bit too forward. Those depend a lot on the source, and consdering the fact that these earphones are very responsive to equalization, I wouldn't hold too much against them for that, as these are probably one of the best-sounding and best-built earphones in the earbuds/semi-in-ears category and are quite comparable to one of the best budget earbuds in my collection - the QianYun Qian69.

Pros
- Briliant sound quality, especially for this type of earphones. Punchy bass, detailed and accurate mids, crisp but gentle highs - all in one.
- Robust build-quality, with magnetic adsorption. From the plug up to the housings, everything is built like a tank.
- The cable was properly rolled inside the package, which resulted in a super-straight cable out of the box. A real pleasure.
- A proper amount of accessories, especially the silicone covers that are compatible with other semi-in-ears as well.
Cons
- The upper-bass/lower-mids are just a little bit over the top. Some people might find these on the edgy side.

Comfort & Fit
How these earphones sound is very fit-sensitive. Even the slightest movement or rotation can change how well the bass is delivered and how initimate vocals appear to be. Thankfully, two types of silicone covers are included, which makes fitting super-easy, and the silicone adds some much needed grip to keep them from sliding/rotating while in use. The earphones themselves are very comfortable and put no pressure on the ears, even after prolonged usage. Personally, I like using these semis with foam pads, so that's what I would recommend.
Lows / Bass
Very impressive bass response. It's extremely extended, so you can enjoy some rumbling sub-bass, as well as warm and stable mid-bass. The upper-bass/lower-mids range is a bit edgy, so certain sounds can be hard-hitting and boomy. Overall, the bass is very enjoyable and lacks any distortions, and thanks to the semi-in-ear design, you'll be hearing most of the sub-bass quite well, unlike with many earbuds, but still not as well as you would with in-ears.
Mids / Vocals
Upfront and well-defined. Tonally quite accurate, just a bit on the warmer side, which means some extra mid-bass to vocals, mostly. Certain sounds and vocals (expecially male vocals) may sound a bit too warm, but all in all they are very natural sounding.
Highs / Treble
A bright and crisp treble, and far more defined than I expected. They may seem a bit edgy to many treble-sensitive individuals, but as to me, they are just loud enough to be enjoyable. The highs sound very consistent without any sudden uncomfortable peaks, even though they don't extend into the microdetail in the brilliance range, but it doesn't make them any less amazing, which is a feat in itself!
