Ø10mm Dynamic Driver

One of BYZ's best looking earphones, the K53, have turned to be some of the best-sounding and best-looking earphones I've had the pleasure to own for a while.

They sound similar to BYZ K30, but with a more impactful bass (even though slightly shallower compared to K30) and much more balanced highs (compared to K30's sibilant highs).

  • Superb sound quality, even if not the most detailed. The bass is pounding, the mids are clear and sibilance-free, and the highs are loud but relatively balanced.
  • Amazing build quality and design. Braided cable and shinny metallic housings? Count me in.
  • The highs could use some more detail.
  • The mid-bass is quick, yet the sub-bass isn't deep enought to follow.
  • The included tips might not be suitable for everybody.
  • It might be a factory mistake, but it seem like there aren't any large-size tips.

Comfort & Fit

The included tips are very simple and very soft. They might not fit every ear. I didn't have any trouble, but you should consider using different tips of your choice.

Lows / Bass

The bass is awesome. It's quick and impactful, but not as deep as I would expect such impactful bass to be, some more sub-bass could make these earphones near perfect.

Mids / Vocals

The mids are very lively and loud, and make a great impression. They are not the most detailed mids around, nor the most accurate, but they will satisfy the avarage consumer.

Highs / Treble

The highs are pretty balanced, BYZ did a good job when it comes to avoiding sibilance. However, much microdetail was lost in the process. Still, most avarage consumers will find these highs quite impressive as they are.
